A tower crane remote control system based on wireless telemetry technology, the system uses the MSP430 ultra low power L6 microcontroller and wireless transceiver chip nRF905 as the core. System uses hardware and software coding and decoding methods to improve the anti-jamming ability of the system, the system using a timing scanning, transmitter receiver using memoryless output control mode, improve the system reliability, the system can be widely used in industrial control system for tower crane in general.
Development of wireless telemetry products market rapidly, wireless telemetry technology has become an important factor to determine the competitiveness of products. From the perspective of development, wireless crane product is represent the general trend, control mode, control room currently used in domestic construction industry is the tower crane. The control room bound, the line of sight is not clear, poor environment or command with the improper factors can be hidden causes of accidents. Similar foreign products, the price is too high, for the general product, and the use of the large number of construction of China's small and medium enterprises of the tower crane model, it is difficult to according to the relevant technical information provided by the user (mechanical and electrical schematics, work mechanism principle diagram) for remote control transformation, and then combined with the actual needs, the selected control scheme the best, which does not meet the market demand characteristics in china.
In the existing tower crane control room control, combined with computer control technology, this study proposes a low power, automatic CRC check code, hardware and software coding and decoding, the receiver with no memory control and has the advantages of high anti-interference ability and high reliability of the tower crane wireless remote control system, ensures the safety operation and greatly improve the the production efficiency.
system structure and function of
The new tower crane wireless remote control system comprises two parts of a transmitter and a receiver, remote control system structure, as shown in figure 1. The transmitter consists of a keyboard input circuit, MCU, wireless transmitting circuit and an antenna formed; receiver consists of receiving antenna, a wireless receiving circuit, SCM, three 2 eight decoder, inverter, NAND gate, a photoelectric coupler, a relay. Its characteristic is the core of the system using MSP430 microcontroller series ultra low power consumption, and the three 2 eight decoder, inverter, NAND gate, a photoelectric coupler to improve the ability of anti-jamming and reliability of system.
